No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for liquid perfumes once they are delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

- The product is missing from your order.
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product has a defect or any other significant issue.
How to Request a Refund
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us at help@amorefragrance.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following in your email:

- A description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence, if applicable (e.g., damaged item, packaging).
Resolution Process
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and get back to you with the next steps. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

- Refunds are not available for issues caused by customer mishandling or improper storage of the product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
