Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Domestic Shipping Only

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by sending an email to help@amorefragrance.com with photographic proof of the damage.
